Real Wedding Submissions
Are You a Wedding Photographer, Planner or Vendor?
We’re always looking for great content. If you’d like us to showcase your work from a real wedding, we’d love to hear from you.
Submission Guidelines
Since the theme of this website is affordability, we’re most interested in photos of unique, fun and inexpensive weddings.
Some examples of affordable weddings could be: traditional weddings, community center weddings, outdoor or backyard weddings.
Other affordable wedding ideas could include unique wedding menus, like breakfast, brunch, BBQ or other creative ideas.
In order to publish a real wedding, we need permission from the couple and the photographer.
FAQ
Who Can Submit a Real Wedding?
Most submissions are made by the wedding photographer. If you’re another wedding vendor who would like to showcase your work, you’re welcome to submit.
Make sure you have permission from the couple and the wedding photographer. If you’re a DIY couple, you’re welcome to submit your own wedding, as long as the photographer has given permission to publish.
Do You Publish Engagement Sessions, Showers or Parties?
We do not publish engagement photos, bridal showers or other pre wedding parties.
Do You Publish Styled Shoots?
Many styled shoots are aspirational. Since the focus of this website is affordability, most styled shoots are not a good fit. If you do have a shoot that would help couples on a budget, we’d love to see it.
Examples of shoots that would be a good fit include unique locations or menus. Backyard weddings, restaurant weddings, cake and punch or cocktail party wedding receptions would all make great submissions that we’d be happy to publish.
