Mail-in entry, no purchase required - Hand-print full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3" x 5" card. Place the card in a #10 envelope and mail to:

Winner selection
Second prize winners will be selected randomly on or about December 26, 2025 from all eligible entries.
