QR code entry - Scan the Sweepstakes QR code on in-store or promotional materials at participating locations, which will route you to the mobile entry page. Complete and submit the entry form to receive one entry. Scanning alone does not count without form submission.
Follow the sponsor’s on-screen instructions carefully to ensure your entry is applied to the correct entry period.

Entry Period 2 prizes - ULTRA Park City event
Grand Prizes (4 winners) - Trip for two to ULTRA Park City Olympics event (Feb 19–21, 2026), including round-trip coach airfare from nearest gateway city, three nights hotel accommodations, and a $2,000 prepaid card for travel expenses, ARV up to $11,000 each.
