$100,000 in cash, awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer.
Total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $2,243,994.
Cash Option: In lieu of taking title to the home, the Grand Prize Winner will have the option to receive $500,000 in cash, awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer.
If the Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option, the Total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $689,770.
