Tips and Tricks to Make Your Tahoe Bachelorette Party a Smash Hit

It’s not easy to plan a bach, but it’s SO worth it! This “last hurrah” will go down in history and give the bride-to-be another amazing memory to look back on.

Before you begin planning, check out these hacks to make the planning process and actual event a seamless experience in Tahoe.

  • If you want great weather without heavy crowds, spring and fall are the best seasons to have a bach in Tahoe. Midweek and early morning are the best times to avoid overcrowding. Bring light layers no matter when you visit- the nights can get chilly!

  • Tahoe is large but has very limited public transportation. If you don’t have your own vehicle available, plan on renting a car or Ubering quite a bit to get around the area. You can always choose one location, like South Lake Tahoe, where there’s tons of hotels, restaurants, and activities within walking distance from each other.

  • If there are specific activities you want to try, book them in advance. Sunset cruises, boating excursions, and exclusive dining experiences fill up quickly!

  • Planning to take a dip in Lake Tahoe? Be warned that the waters can be icy cold, even in the summer months! Don’t spend too long in the water. Take breaks often to warm up in the sun.

  • Consider choosing a bachelorette party theme! This can help decide on decor, activities, venues, and more.
